Forum Contracts is a medium sized main contractor providing full construction services ranging from fit-out and refurbishment to new design and build developments. Established in 2004, the company delivers projects across education, retail, commercial, residential, leisure, and healthcare sectors.

This Quantity Surveyor role at Forum Contracts is a full-time, on-site position based in Wickford. The role involves managing project costs from pre-contract through final account, including preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender documents. The Quantity Surveyor will monitor budgets, track variations, and produce regular cost reports to support commercial decision-making.
