Responsibilities

• Managing project costs from pre-contract through final account; preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Monitoring budgets, tracking variations, and producing regular cost reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Liaising with project managers and site teams; evaluating subcontractor quotations; negotiating contracts; ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records, forecasting cash flow, and contributing to value engineering and risk management activities.
