Job summary

NES Group Ltd is seeking an experienced professional in contract management, with a strong background in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, to join a high-performing project team on a 12-month, Inside IR35 contract. The role is hybrid and based in Birmingham or Stone, requiring proactive collaboration across multiple workstreams.

You will be commercially aware, detail-driven, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision while identifying risks and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontract management/Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
• Proactive, analytical, and creative approach to continuous improvement in subcontract procurement
• High level of independence, requiring minimal supervision from senior management

We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in contract management to join a high-performing project team. This role will suit someone commercially aware, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Its important that the right candidate has a Go-Getter attitude, this role requries somebody to be very proactive working across the different teams, isnt affraid to ask questions and fully involves themselves in the projects being worked on
