Job summary

Foster & May, a growing consultancy in Liverpool, seeks an Associate Quantity Surveyor to support their influx of residential projects across the Northwest. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and assume a client-facing role within a busy, collaborative environment.

MRICS is preferred; experience in UK PQS/QS consultancy and residential schemes is valued. This role offers hybrid work, 25 days of leave, pension, private health insurance, and gym membership allowance.

An ambitious, growing consultancy is looking to strengthen in its Liverpool office by hiring a highly respected Associate Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of residential projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary team delivering residential projects for clients across the Northwest.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role in a market expected to grow even further in the future, whilst also receiving support when required from a couple Assistant Quantity Surveyors

• Ideally MRICS
• Residential project experience would be preferred
