You will manage a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, develop their skills, and ensure alignment between design, scope and budget while driving procurement and cost optimisation.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Lead Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a Retrofit Stream of work that we have coming up through our Guinness Partnership contract.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of SHDF-funded retrofit projects delivered under a long-term partnering contract with Guinness. The role includes cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, forecasting, reporting, and final accounts, while ensuring compliance with SHDF funding requirements and delivering value for money through collaborative working.
