United Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage day-to-day commercial duties across the full lifecycle of construction projects. You will ensure accurate cost reporting and timely payments.
You will handle NEC 3 contract administration, subcontractor negotiations, and cost forecasting, with site visits and travel as required across UK civil projects. A driving licence is essential and you will contribute to robust commercial documentation.
