Quantity Surveyor is sought by Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited for a regional main contractor in the Oxford area. The role covers projects across science and innovation campuses, education, industrial, healthcare and leisure sectors.

You will own projects from pre-start to final account, with a steady pipeline of high-profile schemes around Oxford. There is a friendly culture, a clear path to Senior QS and Commercial Manager, plus a company bonus scheme and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor and JCT contracts.
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Live within reach of Oxford and able to commute.

Responsabilités

• Procuring and placing subcontract packages.
• Running CVRs, cost reports and forecasts.
• Handling valuations, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Working side by side with the site and contracts teams.
