We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of a Social Housing contractor based in Nottingham's East Midlands office.

Responsibilities:

1. Guide the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring financial targets are met.
2. Act as an effective interface with clients, partnering management, consultants, and suppliers.
3. Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money.
4. Collate, submit, and agree on applications and payments with the client.
5. Ensure monthly collation of cost information, accounting for risks and opportunities.
6. Keep the contract informed about the commercial and financial position for optimal business decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Social Housing.
