A leading Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Nottingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead their Residential team. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, providing cost and commercial advice, and developing a small team of junior surveyors. This position offers the opportunity for hybrid working and potential progression to an Associate Director role.
Senior Quantity Surveyor job with a leading Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice based in Nottingham. Senior Quantity Surveyor for this role will be appointed to the Residential team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have some Consultancy experience and should be able to manage a variety of projects at any one time and pre- and post-contract work and from inception to completion.
Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the housing / residential team and will manage a small team of Junior Quantity Surveyors. Your role will be to work closely with senior management to deliver cost and commercial advice to a growing number of repeat clients in the housing and building sector across the Midlands.
Work can include both new build construction and refurbishment works.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel to sites across the UK as required.
