Saxton Recruitment LTD is assisting in recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a dynamic construction consultancy in Bristol. The role focuses on end-to-end commercial delivery for a major advanced manufacturing development with project values up to £1bn.

Salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000 (DOE) with additional benefits including a company car allowance, pension/healthcare, equity potential, and a bonus scheme; flexible working including work-from-home is available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working with consultancy or building contractor environments.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and stay organised across stakeholders.
• Construction related qualifications or certifications.

Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy

Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging as high as £1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between £20m - £100m.
