Job summary

Pertemps Tm Bristol is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. You will own projects from inception to completion, overseeing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration while collaborating with clients and teams.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, a clear progression path to senior leadership, and extensive training and development opportunities. A competitive salary plus bonus is on offer.

Qualifications

• consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Experience in cost management, procurement and contract administration
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS status (or working towards it) would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Own projects from inception through to completion, managing cost planning, procurement and contract administration
• Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects
• Provide commercial leadership and drive value across portfolios

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy where your career development is genuinely prioritised?

The ideal candidate will have:
