Job summary

LGP Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the North West. You will take full commercial ownership from pre-construction to final account, manage procurement, cost reporting and contracts, and work closely with site teams to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor in fast-track fit-out/refurbishment sector (essential).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Experience managing both client-side and subcontractor accounts.
• Ability to independently manage projects from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Produce valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum (DOE)

LGP Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing fit-out contractor for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a business delivering high-quality fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery.

The Role
