Job summary

Reed in Warrington is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major infrastructure and construction projects in the North West. The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £55,000 and a strong benefits package.

You will manage contracts, support risk management, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure value for money and commercial success across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying practices across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience administering and managing construction contracts.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts or other standard forms of construction contract.
• Strong commercial negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing commercial aspects of projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on major infrastructure and construction projects that make a real difference to communities and the environment?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team supporting the delivery of large-scale capital projects across the North West. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in commercially managing complex construction contracts while developing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Working on high-profile projects, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and supply chain partners to ensure commercial success, effective risk management and value for money throughout the project lifecycle.
