You will capture dimensions, site conditions, access requirements and constraints, and ensure client specifications are met through review and coordination with the team.

• Oversee and carry out detailed site surveys and measuring up projects prior to joinery manufacture.
• Capture accurate dimensions, site conditions, access requirements and any constraints affecting design, manufacture or installation of bespoke joinery packages.
• Ensure client specifications and requirements are met by reviewing progress and liaising with the team.

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support our Joinery Design Office, we are currently working with a Contractor who are looking to strengthen their team overseeing and carrying out detailed site surveys and measuring up projects prior to joinery manufacture.

You will be a key part of the team and will be responsible for capturing accurate dimensions, site conditions, access requirements, and any constraints that could affect the design, manufacture, or installation of bespoke joinery packages.

You will ensure that client specifications and requirements are met by reviewing and progress and liaising with your team.
