Quantity Surveyor Specialist Subcontractor
Location: Dartford, Kent

Company:
I m currently working with a leading specialist subcontractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality packages across some of the UK s most iconic construction projects. They re looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor on board to support their commercial team across multiple live sites.
Ideally, you ll have experience within drywall or facades, but they re open to candidates from any subcontracting background interiors, cladding, M&E, steelwork etc. What matters most is your commercial acumen and ability to manage packages from procurement through to final account.

What they re looking for:

• A Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a subcontractor (drywall/facades a bonus, not essential)
• Strong understanding of contract management, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Good working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Someone confident liaising with main contractors and site teams alike
