Kier Group in Falmer, East Sussex, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Southern Water framework. The role focuses on controlling costs, maximising value, and upholding safety and quality standards across projects.
You will measure works, prepare payment applications, monitor costs, support procurement strategy, and manage subcontract payments, liaising with clients and subcontractors daily. A full driving license and NEC/Target Cost experience are preferred.

Join our Commercial team working on Kier's exciting £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework with Southern Water Services. This seven-year partnership focuses on delivering vital water and wastewater projects across the region, including capacity improvements, water safety initiatives, and resilience works. You'll play a key role in controlling costs, maximising value, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards whilst working collaboratively across diverse teams.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering cost-effective solutions and maintaining project financial health.
