Job description

Our client is a well known and well established multi‑disciplined main contractor that carries out construction projects up to £25million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

Projects are wide and varied in nature, including offices, large residential developments, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals.

Key Qualifications

• Proven background in main contracting
• Resident within commutable distance of the Bristol area
• Experience of projects £1million plus
• Ideally experience of fit‑out, refurbishment and/or build schemes with recognised main contractors
