A respected and fast-growing construction contractor in Bristol is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful regional commercial team. This is a secure, award-winning business with a strong pipeline of local building and refurbishment projects.

The Role - Quantity Surveyor

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Managing QS and take commercial responsibility for your own schemes, as well as contributing to larger projects as part of a wider commercial team. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cost control, valuations, forecasting and commercial reporting
• Overseeing procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration
• Working autonomously on your own projects, ensuring budget and programme targets are met
• Supporting senior commercial staff on larger, complex developments
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, supply chain and internal teams
