Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading South West property consultancy based in Bristol. The role offers involvement from inception to completion with a variety of sectors and regional frameworks, providing exposure to projects ranging from £1–£20 million.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, proven QS or Employers Agent experience, and strong client-facing communication skills to drive project success.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit aQuantity Surveyor to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects frominceptionto completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range from £1 – £20 million. The projects can also be across a wide range of sectors ensuring that the successful Quantity Surveyordoesn’tget pigeonholed and is provided with plenty of scope to progress.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Employers Agent on the Consultancy / PQS side
• Have experience working on projects within Property / Building
• Have experience working on projects frominceptionto completion
• Havegood communicationand client facing skills
