Aldwych Consulting is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a hybrid role in Ipswich. You will lead pre and post-contract activities, focusing on cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

• Provide cost planning, valuations, and change control across the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement and manage interim/final accounts and commercial reporting.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ipswich, Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, depending on candidate experience

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week
