Job summary

Foster & May, Manchester, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Employers' Agent and Project Management experience to join their team. You will work across restoration and residential projects, visiting sites, attending client meetings, and delivering tasks to a high standard.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £45,000–£55,000, and opportunities for MRICS progression and career development. Commutable to Manchester and flexible hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy environment.
• MRICS or working towards the qualification.
• Good pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge.
• Commutable to Manchester.
• Ideally previous residential experience.
• Experience as Employer's Agent or Project Manager is a bonus.

A cemented, diversifying Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with good Employers' Agent and Project Management experience to join their Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of restoration and residential projects, delivering professional customer service and meeting project deadlines. The role includes performing an Employer's Agent role, visiting sites and joining client meetings, as well as completing delegated tasks to a high standard.
