Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Manchester-based, hybrid-role within a collaborative consultancy. You will engage directly with clients and project teams, handling cost planning, tendering, and commercial management from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree, consultancy exposure, and strong pre/post-contract experience. Newly MRICS or working toward chartership is advantageous in this evolving firm.

Qualifications

  • Consultancy experience within the built environment
  • Strong pre and post-contract experience
  • Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Confidence working directly with clients and project teams
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Newly MRICS, or working towards chartership, is advantageous but isn't essential

Responsibilities

Our client is an independent construction consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering commercially focused advice across a diverse portfolio of projects. With a growing workload and ambitious plans for the future, they're looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quantity Surveyor.

You'll be involved in projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

The Role

As part of a collaborative team, you'll be responsible for:

About You

You'll ideally have:
