Quantity Surveyor – Clapham – Dry lining & Plastering

The Role

• A superb opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work on £4 million of dry lining projects.
• Working for a family run sub-contractor.
• In particular working on facades, partitions, plastering and dry lining.
• Responsibilities include; procuring sub contractors/suppliers, managing sub contractors, variations, working on cost valuation reports, putting payments and orders on the system.
• Exciting opportunity to increase your experience with great clients and progression within a successful company.
• This is an office based job, with some time spent visiting sites.

The Candidate

• It is essential to have some experience working in facades, plastering, partitions, ceilings or dry lining
• It is necessary to have shown career stability.
• It is highly beneficial to have worked for a sub-contractor
• It is highly beneficial to have worked in dry lining.
• Possibly a Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Can adapt to different tasks quickly, efficiently and confidently
• Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly

The candidate must have some recent UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
