GRANDCREST CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role requires handling cost estimates, procurement, and final accounts with strong contract knowledge.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, monitor expenditures, and liaise with clients and subcontractors, with an immediate start preferred. Salary is competitive for an experienced QS in construction.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry, preferably in a main contractor environment.
• Familiar with contract administration, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who can commence work immediately or within a short notice period will be highly preferred.

Responsabilidades
