Job summary

Versa Consulting Limited seeks a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to support civil engineering and groundworks projects in Bristol. You will take commercial ownership from inception to final account, manage subcontractor activity and coordinate with site teams and clients.

The role offers autonomy and opportunities to shape cost control, reporting and final accounting for a growing regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure or groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Proven track record managing projects from inception through to final account.
• Commercially astute and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Groundworks

A well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of secured work across Bristol.

Working on infrastructure, roads, bulk earthworks and groundworks packages, you'll join a profitable, privately owned business with long-term secured projects and a reputation for delivering high-quality work throughout the region.

This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to take commercial ownership of projects from start to final account, working closely with operational teams and senior management.

The Role

• Full commercial responsibility for multiple civil engineering and groundworks projects
