The Role

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial Department. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Greater London, offering flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing cost reports
• Controlling labour and material expenditure
• Pricing and managing variation works
• Managing cashflows
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Managing final accounts and project close-outs
• Supporting the project team with various QS functions as required
