Cheshire | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

An established main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Cheshire.

Working across a portfolio of Hotels, Care Homes and Industrial Unit projects, you will typically be responsible for 1-2 live projects at any one time, with values of up to £10 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing CVRs
• Valuations and applications for payment
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Subcontractor procurement and account management
• Cost control and project reporting
• Managing final accounts

Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector
• Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m
• Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
