Quantity Surveyor Central London | Specialist Contractor

Up to £65,000 + plus travel allowance, health, pension and bonus

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor, well known for their expertise in the field of fit out and refurbishment on both internal and external applications on major projects in London. Applicants must already be living within a daily commute of London as you will be office-based Monday to Friday with visits to sites within London.

Responsibilities:

1. Take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million.
2. Conduct cost appraisals, produce budgets, cashflow forecasts, and manage procurement.
3. Prepare CVRs and manage payment of accounts.
4. Commercially manage projects and report directly to the Commercial Director.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience working for a main contractor managing trade packages such as joinery, facades or natural stone, or experience with specialist contractor fit out.
2. Ability and ambition to match the needs of this progressive company.
