Job summary

Capstone Construction LTD in Inverness is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS ready to progress, to manage project costs from pre-construction through final account. You will prepare valuations, variations and cost reports while collaborating with site teams, clients and subcontractors.

The role offers a competitive salary, long-term progression, and involvement in a range of commercial and residential projects across the Highlands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment, or an Assistant QS ready to take the next step.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Confident communicator, with a proactive mindset.
• Great team player who creates positive working relationships.
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience).
