Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to contribute across tendering, procurement and commercial management on commercial and residential projects in Scotland.

You'll review drawings, prepare estimates, obtain quotations and manage costs, while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams to help deliver profitable outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role within construction.
• A sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience with estimating, tendering, procurement or project cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of variations, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or commercial management software.
