Foster & May Limited in Preston is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You will work on high-profile healthcare, education, and commercial projects, guiding cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

This role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary of £40k–£50k, 25 days holiday, and strong career growth opportunities, with APC progression supported for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar in relevant field.
• Previous experience within a PQS role is desirable.
• Experience in the commercial sector is advantageous.
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge is required.
• Working towards APC or having completed APC.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee budgets, costs and forecasts across projects.
• Provide accurate cost reporting and financial insight to clients throughout the lifecycle.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking on a key role throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will oversee project budgets, costs, and forecasts, working closely with clients to provide accurate cost reporting and financial insight throughout each project.
