Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established subcontractor in Chichester, with projects across the South East.

The role combines commercial management with regular site visits, client liaison and cost reporting, not a desk-based job. Travel is a core aspect, supported by a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Experience within painting & decorating, specialist finishes, fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or related trades would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Up to £55,000 + Travel Expenses + Package

PSR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist construction subcontractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their growing commercial team based in Chichester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS looking for a varied role that combines commercial management, client relationship building, and regular site visits across the South East.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with clients, site teams, and operational staff to ensure successful project delivery. This is not your typical desk-based QS role, with a significant amount of time spent out on site building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
