Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan - Taunton is seeking 1-2 Quantity Surveyors to support an upcoming £90 million scheme in South Wales, with immediate mobilisation.

You will work within a dynamic commercial team handling core QS duties including measurement, valuation, cost control, subcontractor payments and cost forecasting on a flagship regional project.

Qualifications

• Proven QS experience in construction (main contracting preferred).
• Good understanding of standard forms of contract.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field.
