Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Bristol to manage valued projects from £1m to £15m, reporting to Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You will work from the Bristol office and ensure commercial governance on NEC3/4 contracts.

The role requires 4+ years of experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or water/wastewater, delivering on-time, on-budget performance with minimal supervision and taking ownership of cost reporting, cash flow, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts preferred.
• Civil engineering or water/wastewater background advantageous.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR BRISTOL SALARY £40K - £60K

Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor, with history of the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. They are recruiting now for a project-level QS with 4+ years of experience minimum to work within their commercial team deliver projects from £1m - £15m. Working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager and being based out of their Bristol office, the QS should have experience of using NEC3/4 contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute QS with 4+ years of experience to manage their own projects with minimal supervision and to continue to grow the and develop their QS career.
