Job summary

Involve Recruitment seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Bristol and surrounding areas. You will oversee NEC contracts, CVRs, forecasts and change control, ensuring strong financial performance and robust contract administration across multiple schemes.

You will mentor junior team members, manage subcontractor relationships, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maximise project value and delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, CVRs, forecasts and contractual change.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on major infrastructure projects?

We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a range of high-profile civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Bristol and surrounding areas. This includes major transport schemes, Environment Agency works and Local Authority frameworks.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects while working alongside experienced operational teams in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of projects from tender through to final account, ensuring strong financial performance and successful project delivery.

About You
