Job summary

MTRP Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the established Commercial team on a range of exciting projects across the UK. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage the commercial and contractual aspects, monitor costs and profitability, and work closely with site teams to keep projects on track.

You will hit the ground running, manage your workload from day one and contribute to high-profile leisure & hospitality schemes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control and managing project finances.
• Ability to prepare monthly cost reports and valuations.
• Strong understanding of contracts and variations.

The Role We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.

Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you'll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial and contractual side of projects.

• Managing variations and final accounts.
• Working closely with the site and Contracts Management teams.
