Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial and pre-construction background to review contracts, identify risks, and advise internal teams on commercial terms. You will support procurement strategies, assist with negotiations, and help manage complex bids in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in JCT/NEC contracts, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tenders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial or pre-construction QS role.
• Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment.
