Job summary

Front Line Construction, an established groundwork/civil engineering contractor based in Bathgate, seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen the team. The role covers post contract commercial tasks across multiple sites, with regular site visits and close liaison with clients and the construction team.

You will handle measurements, valuations, and final accounts, identify variations, and manage subcontractor procurement, supported by an HNC in Quantity Surveying and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in groundworks/civil engineering is preferable but not essential.
• IT competent with experience in Excel/Word etc.
• Full UK driving licence.

Front Line Construction, an established and highly successful groundwork/civil engineering contractor based in Bathgate, are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to complement the existing team. Working for many of Scotland’s leading house builders, Front Line have an excellent reputation for delivering a high quality product. With a number of sites throughout the central belt, an excellent opportunity awaits a highly motivated individual.
