Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing Quality Systems within a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of UK retailer requirements, particularly M&S and Tesco.
• Experience maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong understanding of food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality assurance, sanitation, and pest control.
• Experience supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
• Analytical approach with experience using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Site Quality Management System (QMS) to remain current and compliant.
• Lead sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and pest control programmes and ensure robust documentation.
• Oversee internal and external monitoring activities and ensure procedures are followed.
• Analyse quality-related KPIs, implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure readiness for customer, regulatory, certification, and Group audits and support external audits.
