Job summary

FBC UK, home to brands like Maryland, Fox's and Jammie Dodger, seeks a Quality Manager for our Edinburgh bakery. You will lead the site quality team, ensure products are safe and compliant, and partner with the Technical Manager to drive continuous improvement.

You will develop robust corrective actions, manage audits, and embed a strong quality culture across the site to meet customer specifications and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a quality team in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BRC standards and retailer requirements.
• Experience in managing internal and external audits.
