Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator to maintain the Quality Management System, ensure document control and drive continuous improvement across production and quality functions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy and a proactive approach to food safety and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across Production, Supply Chain and other functions to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing, pharma or FMCG environment with strong QMS knowledge.
• Proven experience managing QMS documentation and maintaining audit readiness.
• Knowledge of BRCGS standards and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting to analyse quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS, ensuring docs, procedures and records are current.
• Lead quality reporting and KPI tracking with weekly/monthly insights.
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure ongoing audit readiness through doc control and compliance monitoring.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformances from investigation to resolution with root cause analysis.
• Support food safety and regulatory compliance via change control, traceability and supplier assurance.
• Partner with Production and Supply Chain to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Administer quality systems and dashboards, ensuring data integrity across the site.
• Coach and train staff to build quality capability and provide coverage for QA activities.
