Job summary

Pharmaxo Healthcare is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support regulatory compliance and foster a culture of patient safety. You will manage the QMS, control documents, and ensure inspection readiness across the organisation.

The role includes transitioning from a manual QMS to an electronic system (eQMS) under the QMS Lead, plus administrative support for LMS and pharmacovigilance activities. Up to £32,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Management System or document-control function in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage controlled documents and records.
• Experience supporting LMS and pharmacovigilance case management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the QMS documentation and records.
• Maintain controlled documents and quality workflows to stay inspection-ready.
• Support the planned transition from manual QMS to an electronic QMS (eQMS) under the QMS Lead.
• Provide administrative support to Learning Management System and pharmacovigilance case management.
