Job summary

Lancaster Medical Practice is seeking a Quality, Safeguarding and Regulation Manager to lead the Quality, Safeguarding and Regulation Team and drive delivery of the Practice's quality, regulatory compliance, patient safety and patient experience programmes.

The post holder will provide assurance that robust systems and governance arrangements are in place to support compliance with standards and legislation across seven locations.

• Regulatory Compliance and Assurance including CQC evidence repository
• Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance
• Quality Improvement and Service Development
• Patient Safety and Organisational Learning
• Policy Management and Governance
• Reporting and Assurance
• Support achievement of regulatory standards
• Patient Experience and Patient Participation Group
• Delivery of annual audit programme across the organisation
• Significant Event Analysis and Management
