Job summary

E3 Recruitment in Warrington is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead strategic and operational quality across our process manufacturing operations. You will develop quality strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.

You will lead the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, manage budgets, train the team and build relationships with stakeholders to embed a culture of quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Quality Management or related field.
• Significant experience in a quality leadership role within regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the quality and regulatory strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Drive risk management, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion lean improvements to optimise processes and minimise costs.
• Lead, develop and train the quality management team and engage stakeholders.
