About you:

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for improving adult social care services. You have a proven track record in quality management, policy development, and strategic planning. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in adult social care.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to inform decision-making and service improvements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do and how we treat each other. They provide essential guiding principles about the way that we work and set the tone for our culture, and identify what we, as an organisation, care about. If you hold the same behaviours and approach, then we want to hear from you! In exchange, we will provide you with full training and support to help you succeed in your role.
