Job summary

Danone is seeking a Quality Operator at its Kettering site for a 12-month FTC. You will join a small team to help ensure safety and quality of products, supporting the lab and QA functions while upholding HACCP standards and document control.

Ideal candidates have warehouse/factory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus and on-site training is available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or factory settings, ideally in food/quality.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Practical mindset with ability to work independently and think on your feet.
• Physically fit for weights up to 8 kg and heavy-load handling; can-do attitude.
• Experience with HACCP/FSHCP standards and document control systems.
• Forklift experience is advantageous; on-site training offered.
