Alpro in Kettering is recruiting a Quality Operator to join the QA and laboratory team. The role focuses on maintaining safety and quality of products within a plant environment, reporting to the Laboratory Team Leader.

Key requirements include warehouse experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, independent work style in a shift pattern. Training on forklift operations may be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or factory setting, ideally within food or quality sector.
• Punctual, dedicated with excellent English communication.
• Forklift experience is advantageous; on-site training available.
• Operational knowledge of HACCP/FSHCP standards.
• Confident to deal with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the lab team and QA to ensure the safety and quality of products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and documentation.
