Job summary

Danone in Kettering is seeking a Formulation Operator to oversee the blending of our semi-finished products, ensuring a safe and productive operation. You will manage start-up and shutdown of the plant, monitor equipment, and record production statistics daily.

You will need GCSE or equivalent, be fluent in English, and have experience in food manufacturing with knowledge of allergens and basic food hygiene.

Qualifications

• GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Be able to communicate in written and verbal English.
• Experience in working in food manufacturing environment.
• Awareness of food allergen and basic food hygiene.
• Working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blending/formulation to ensure safe and productive operation.
• Follow-up on transport for inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Maintain food safety, process quality and yield standards.
• Start-up and shutdown the manufacturing plant.
• Read and understand P&IDs and trace process lines.
• Record production statistics and monitor equipment daily.
