Job summary

Advanced Insulation Systems Ltd in Skelmersdale is seeking a Quality Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance of the Quality Management System. You will drive improvements, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with group standards while mentoring the QC team.

Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate with external regulators and suppliers, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to sustain high quality performance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture through leadership, consultation, and communication.
• Verify, through audit and monitoring, that operational areas manage quality risks effectively.
• Coordinate NCR reporting and corrective actions with status updates for stakeholders.
• Define, maintain and coordinate quality objectives aligned with site strategic goals.
• Lead investigations into process variation and non-conformances to drive root cause analysis.
• Provide assistance and advice to other departments on quality matters.
