Job summary

Irwin & Colton is seeking a Head of Quality & Compliance to provide strategic leadership and governance across Quality and Compliance for the Morris & Spottiswood Group. The role will shape IMS strategy, oversee audits and non-conformity resolution, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple UK locations including London, Whitstable, Warrington and Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have significant senior HSQE experience, strong ISO knowledge, and the ability to influence senior

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in Quality and Compliance within an HSQE environment.
• Proven ability to lead audits, certification and compliance activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's Quality and Compliance strategy and provide advice across the business.
• Own and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead internal and external audits, certification activities and ensure effective close-out of non-conformances.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative requirements and ensure the business remains compliant with relevant standards.
